Sabroe CMO Compressor Cylinder Liner Set (Pack of 8) – Brand New These 8 premium liners are made to fit the Sabroe CMO series, including popular configurations like the CMO 24, CMO 26 and CMO 28. Each liner is constructed of a high-tensile wear-resistant alloy cast iron with a precision-honed interior for immediate piston ring seating. This reduces blow-by gases and maintains optimum volumetric efficiency. These liners are designed for cross-refrigerant versatility to meet High-Pressure (HP) and Low-Pressure (LP) demands in Ammmonia, HFC and HCFC systems without issue.   Model Details: Compatible Compressor Models: Sabroe CMO Series (CMO 24, CMO 26, CMO 28, CMO 34, CMO 36, CMO 38, and TCMO 28 Mk2) Manufacturer Part Number (MPN): 3112-075 (Base Liner Sleeve), 3112-076 / 3112-077 / 3112-078 / 3112-079 Pack Quantity: 8 Pieces (Complete set for an 8-cylinder block overhaul) Condition: 100% Brand New in Export-Worthy Rust-Preventative Packaging Technical Data: Parameter Specification Details Bore Diameter 70.0 mm (Standard Size) Material Composition Heavy-Duty Alloy Cast Iron (Grinded & Lapped Finish) Compatible Refrigerants Ammonia (R717), R22, R134a, R404A, R507, R290 Application Type Reciprocating Compressor (Single & Two-Stage) Surface Treatment Anti-corrosive rust-preventative oil coating with VCI protective wrapping Max Rated Speed Up to 1800 RPM   What are its features? Precision Honed Micro-Texture The inside bore is ultra-precisely cross-honed to create the optimal lubricating oil layer and substantially reduce the frictional wear of the piston rings. Excellent Thermal Conductivity: Cast iron makes it possible to transfer heat quickly from the compression zone to the cooling jackets thereby avoiding thermal distortion and early fatigue. Universal Refrigerant Compatibility: Fully compatible with common industrial synthetic/mineral lubricating oils and the most aggressive refrigerants such as anhydrous ammonia Optimised Unloader Interfacing machined to take Sabroe’s standard hydraulic capacity regulating system (lifting pins and unloader springs) for smooth load shedding transitions.   Installation Guide by NDMarineTech: When dropping these liners into a Sabroe CMO block, cleanliness is everything. Before seating the new liners, thoroughly clean the crankcase landing bores of all carbon residue and old gasket debris. Always replace the cylinder liner O-rings and gaskets (such as the 0.5mm or 0.8mm sealing shims) simultaneously to guarantee a tight crankcase seal. Tip: Never force a liner down with a heavy hammer. If the liner doesn’t slide in smoothly by hand pressure or a light puller plate, check for alignment issues or burrs in the engine frame block. Don’t forget to wipe away the heavy storage oil from the internal bore and apply a clean film of your system’s specific compressor lubricating oil right before inserting the piston assembly to prevent dry-startup scoring.”
