Toners
Storage devices (e.g., Pen drives, Memory cards, Hard drives)
Once sold, these items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable. No cash refunds will be issued.
3. Other Products
For other items (excluding those listed above), no cash refunds will be issued.
Exchange is possible only when:
• A replacement order is placed, and
• The item being exchanged is in unused condition, with full original packaging and invoice.
4. Damaged or Faulty Products
If you receive a product that is damaged or faulty, you must inform us within 3 days of receiving it.

5. Return & Exchange Conditions
To be eligible for an exchange:
The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
All accessories, manuals, and the invoice must be included.
Items showing signs of use, damage, or tampering will not be accepted for exchange.
