I love these deli containers! I now live alone and use the ones that are 8 and 16 oz. exclusively for freezing home preserved fruit and vegetables for myself. I have used other freezing containers and another brand of similar deli containers, but they have not held up as well as these have. These do not shatter or crack the few times I have dropped one on the concrete floor by the freezer, and the covers don’t warp in the microwave. I like that there is a “Fill Line,” the covers fit snugly and can be pressed down in the center to remove air. When the cover is completely seated properly, there is no leakage even when tipped on its side. They stack easily, and if you need the contents in a hurry the containers are microwavable for a reasonable length of time–I have only left them in long enough that the partially thawed contents could be moved into a glass dish. I am in the second year of using the forty 8 oz. containers ordered last year, and this year I ordered 40 more plus 40 addition 16 oz.containers, as well, I am very happy with these purchases,
